Ah, I see, and that makes a whole world of difference now, thanks.

Well ,about last it wasn't clear to me if Jo Malseng has anything to do with Choin Manli turning the cronw price against the King.....

Such a sad episode tonight when Yi Su died - he's been there since the beginning - always so wise and helpful to Sejong....what a great master...and always loyal to Sejong....

Yeah, it was really sad, I used to call him Gary Sinise or Sigher. Things look like they'll be exciting the rest of the way now, I'll admit I've dozed off a few times in the past or I've changed the chanel for a bit and forgotten I was watching it.

Also forgot to mention how fond I am of that older, fancy Ming guy with flying daggers and fan. When I saw him hanging over the boiling water, I hope beyond hope that he wouldn't be killed just yet, because I'm really enjoying his presence.

Linda that guy some how reminds me of Ricardo Montalban,(from the Fantasy Island) hahahahaha. Yes, it was sad see Yi Su died, it was a good scene when the King was holding his hand and listing to him...

Yes, Wang Zhen, the head of the Ming CIA/FBI - a nasty sort - but I can see how you both have an attraction to him - and I see what you mean about Ricardo Montalban, Latina. Can't find out his real name.... It was funny when he was almost dropped into the boiling liquid - he didn't look so haughty then. ;-)

Latina, the one that said, "Di plane, Boss, di plane."? I'll have to look at him again lol.
Thanks for his name, Mara, I knew Wang was in there somewhere. And I agree, he looked almost completely different when fearing for his life. Ah, the poor bugger.

The scene with the Minister that looks after the people in the woods that can't read and stuff, when he stabbed the guy on the ground, was the guy holding onto the Minister's hands or onto the sword? Because, why then not let the sword go and punch the guy in the face or grab another sword from a nearby dead soldier? I couldn't even be sad over the girl's death because I was too upset at how the scene went down.

Linda, I didn't quite understand that scene either - too bad I can't rerun it....but I still shed a few tears when Dami died.....and Gim Jongsuh (sp?) really took it hard - I don't think they could have really had a relationship though as they were from completely different social backgrounds but they were sweet together.....
And guess who's back...;-) Jo Malseng - wonder if he will be a good or bad guy in this incarnation...

How great was tonight's episode! Sejong is a tricky one, is he not? And I loved those portable clocks or whatever they're called - and the rockets were wonderful as well! Sad that the CP's tutor died - he was a interesting character-comic relief often....

I'm excited for Malseng's return, even if he turns out to be no good again. And I agree that tonight's episode was excellent. I still can't stand any scene with the CP but I see the relevance, I don't see it with his wife though, but that's just me and my intolerance for distraction from the main plot lol.

I missed last night episode, it seems that it was a good one. I read the Chicago post...I was surprised that the King called Jo Malseng, I guess he is really good with the military stuff...

Yeah, he seems serious this time. I really don't like the role Choi Manli has taken on though; I guess the saying 'You turn into those you hate" rings true there.

For a while tonight I thought the episode was a repeat as they showed much of that battle last week..... I really got confused at the end between the Ming and Joseon separate secret groups - I guess they're the equivalent of our SEALS....how the heck did Pongae, Dami's brother, get to be part of the Ming group.....I didn't follow that at all - and he was eager to be castrated - eewww.....
