Just saw episode 4--I like the way in the episode and the last one they tried to cover the Nike Swoosh logo on the red track suit that the guy hiding in the convent is wearing.

So far so good and some funny moments....[/quote]
So true at the beginning of every drama. . .
Poodelpal's Korean Drama summary
Episode 1: Miae meets Donghae while she's dressed like a fish selling goldfish crackers. A truck backfires and she steals his bike to get away. She owes him the money for the bike after she accidentally drives it off of that bridge. She goes to work for him to pay him back. She seems incompetent but she's really going to save the company! Hilarity ensues.
Episode 50. Miae and Donghae get told off again and again. The cell phone rings and it's another person telling them off. Their parents, his old girlfriend. They never say no to the person calling to tell them off, as you might in America. I guess it's disrespectful. Humor is going fast.
Episode 100. Another subplot takes over as Miae's mother is not really her mother and Donghae's father is not really his father and nobody can let go of the past. Middle aged people take over as the young people are just sort of there.
Episode 120. Bad people trying to take over the company fight amongst themselves. Young couple and middle aged people in the background as everything becomes about a business deal.
Episode 140. Coma time! Nobody's laughing now. The show is leaden and depressing.
Episode 145. Guess what! They are really related, step-in-laws by adoption! It seems that Miae's real mother thought she was dead because Donghae's real father's mother didn't like her and told her the baby died, changed all the medical records, and told everyone that bio mom abandoned the baby and killed herself in prison. Got that? Crying, crying, nothing funny here.
Episode 150. All the bad people are forgiven because they turned nice for five minutes. We;ll never know if our couple get together or if that would be too incestuous. Everyone else is pregnant, though, and they may be having twins. Meanwhile, what happened to that nice funny show?

I really noticed it this time in ep 5, dodgerman.....I watch KBS Youtube on my PC and usually don't wear my glasses and I'm more focused on the subtitles....lol..
poodlepal....you should be able to sell that story line pretty easily to a Korean producer....as usual you have nailed it....could be pretty much any drama we have seen....
This one has a few twists and turns - as well as the been there did that....we will see - after all, it's only the first week unless someone cheated... ;-)

Finished week one and my guess is that something happens to the Sis and that's why the girl un-nuns herself to get revenge.

It pretty much says so about Sis in the description. I think her car blows up--got that from coming attractions. I don't like the way it's listed on YouTube, if I fall asleep, the previous episode comes on, not the next one. Also, I see the beginning of the finale every day while I find the episode I want. It looks like cheating boyfriend is ready to jump off a cliff--my guess is that he doesn't and everyone forgives him and visits him in the nursing home as he dances in the flowers.
On tonight's episode: Sr. Maria: Let's go for a walk around the convent Rich step grandson: OK---Oh no, a tree branch is going to hit me on the head! Look out! Sr. Maria: I'll carry you back to the convent. Whew, that was a close one. Are you OK RSG: Yes, I'm fine. Let's go for another walk. Sr. Maria: Oh no! I just stepped on a poison snake! Carry me back to the convent! Mother Superior: Would the two of you just stop going for walks already?

No! The baby disappears? I wonder who she'll wind up living with. Hope somehow she falls in love with her not-quite-brother!
Merry Christmas to everyone here. I got a Google Chromecast for Christmas, hopefully I can finally watch on television instead of the computer.

Happy Holidays to all!
dodgerman, I give up.....very peculiar....your questions are spot on....amazing how they leave these big details out....lol....
poodlepal, congratulations on your Chromecast - I guess that's something like a Roku? btw, have you given up watching the weekend drama with us?
I think the baby is a boy.....

Finished ep 10 - so everyone except Taejung's mom assumes the baby died as well....no medical examiners...autopsy or anything....seems strange.
Aran, Jihee's mom is quite the number....always scheming...lol....I like the slow son, Wuhyeon, he's funny - when Aran passed out, he says she's dead...lol...
Oh, and we found out that Jiseok had some sort of romance with a chauffeur's daughter that was broken up by granny, I guess. Sounds sort of like Downton Abbey... ;-)
So I sort of like this one....

Someone give that POS a vasectomy, or at least a box of condoms. What an idiot.
This is what I've figured: Seonyu/Maria--pure good, our heroine Jinyu--dead and pure goodness Auntie and Uncle--very good
Grandma--doesn't seem too bad Her son---dead m. Aran (pure evil--possibly the worst villainess of the show) Granny's biological grandsons: Jiseok, our probable hero, and Wuhyeon, who's a little slow. Both nice. Aran's biological daughter, Jihui--not sure if she's good or bad or just stupid
Jihui's boyfriend, Taejeong--evil, but conflicted evil. Possibly not as bad as Aran. His mother--medium. She does something bad (hides baby) but does not seem bad overall His sister--seems a little "loose" perhaps, but not bad
My hope is that they don't add any new characters and let them take over as in Melody of love when it became all about the shady con man and the lawsuit (and nothing about singing anymore).
Will try to join one of the weekend shows. Hope to get Google Chrome up and running this weekend.

lol...POS took me some time - got it after I drank my cappuccino....
Only correction, I think, Wuhyeon is Granny's son, not grandson - they all call him 'Samchoon' (sp?) uncle....
Hope you get your Chrome whatever it is - like the Roku I guess - set up. We are not too far ahead in Suspicious Housekeeper....this weekend we will watch eps 5 and 6.....

I saw episode 11. I have decided to pretend it's still on WMBC (easier to do now that I am watching on a television again) and if I miss an episode, I just skip it. So I missed the episode that is crucial to the events of episode 11.
Did Taejong drag Jinyu out to the bridge, or did she go willingly? A lot seems to be hanging on that question. I know he did little to help her when she was hit by a car, but he didn't seem to be the one that hit her.
Wuhyeon is whose brother? Aran's? The dead father's? He seems to be Pregnant Princess's uncle. My guess is that he's not related to the foul side of the family, but the nicer half.
Anyway, I'll be gone for a couple of days caring for a sick aunt. If she doesn't give me her router number, I'll try to watch on my iphone over the 4G network, but don't know how big the letters will be. Happy New Year if I don't post again for a few days.
