Can you imagine trying to fight in that heavy thing with clothes underneath and in the heat no less...OMG! Love the mural and the museum photo...they did a good job of replicating the uniform.

I think that the Goguryeo King is the drunk Iron Empress' son, I don't think he is the guy from the Jolly Widows.
I miss DD riding his horse, NOBODY rides a horse like he does...

Nobody latina! Lol. The Goguryeo king is the same guy from Jolly widows can't miss that mouth and those cheeks, just picture him in those round glasses and with silverish spiky/shaggy bangs was it? Tell you who looks almost unrecognisable to me is that same King's right hand man that was making the annoying noise and got yelled at. Wasn't he the crooked detective from Freedom Fighter Lee Hoe Young? I think it's him but he's so meagre here.
-The actress who plays the evil Baekje Queen is stunning. Anyway, Yeowa is it? was banished very young, I thought he was a teenager when it happened. I trust this will get more exciting once he accepts his path to the throne.

One of Geunchogo's and his immediate descendants greatest triumphs was forging a blood alliance with Japan. They served Japan with princesses until the Kingdom fell in the seventh century. And when it fell, many of its nobility crossed the sea to Japan to escape persecution by the Tang Chinese.
They were the very first to guide Japan into becoming a civilization with all its trappings. Even the current Japanese emperor concedes to sharing his blood line with the ancient Baekje kings.

I find your knowledge on this subject more interesting then most of the historicals that have been shown. Thank you for your information!

Contraband thatks for sharing that info!
Myoko, yes, I think I'm wrong about the king... but you're right about the old minister is him....
This is what I know by know:
Eohara=King Biryu,
he has a brother the guy who said that he supossed to be the king, a son (Sejun monk brother) and a daughter (the princess that Yeogu loves)
there are 2 queens:
Clan Jin=Jin Saha( favorite of the king): mother of Yeogu, I guess single child bashished from the palace when they found him at 10 years old sleeping were they keep straws with the princess who was maybe 7 years old, he became a sinner.....
Clan Hae= mean queen (Sejun' mother in the other drama)=3 sons Yeochan= Crown prince Yeohaw=General that was with the king whe he was shoot with the arrow Yeo...= youngest son the one that always is talking with his mother .
I don't undestand who was the guy that was killed with the message, but the person that sended him was the Gogeyeon minister, some how he wants to make the Jin clan to be involve with something. I think that the mean queen advised the king to send away Yeogu, that way her son will be the crown princess...

I'm at the point where they all look the same to me.....I wonder if the young lady is preggers - after all it seemed that she and Yeogu spent the night together....
