I called WMBC today and was given the following info - don't know how accurate it is though so take it with a grain or two of salt... After Sejong there will be a short drama series - four or five episodes - wiki.d-addicts.com/Freedom_Fighter,_Lee_Hoe_Young The actor in the picture appears to be our fave Jo Malseng... Then the next one: wiki.d-addicts.com/King_Gwanggaeto_the_GreatThe person I spoke to spelled out the name of the king - so I searched and this is what I came up with - it is currently being aired in Korea.... After High Kick - I was told a KBS drama named Smile - there are a few dramas with Smile in their name but only one seemed to be from KBS so maybe it is this one: wiki.d-addicts.com/Smile,_Dong_Hae which is also fairly new. Like I said take all this with some salt grains.....and we will see within the next few weeks....

Darn! Another historical drama on the weekend? Where are the good weekend contemporary dramas, like 3 Brothers or Infamous Chill Sisters? They were always better written than the weekday dramas. I was looking forward to one, but it seems like another costume drama.
Smile Again is what we were "supposed" to get instead of High Kick. That's what they got on the California board, which used to get the same dramas as WMBC.
Hope your information about the weekend series is wrong, but I bet it isn't. Sorry if I offended historical drama fans.

Just one more thing to add--I checked California runboard, where Smile Donghae just finished, and the people on that board really liked it. Usually, there are a lot of complaints about whatever drama is on, but this one went over well. So I'm cautiously optimistic--maybe it's a good one!

Last night's message was in Hangul......I saw 24 which I assume is today's date and then 5 which I also assume is the number of episodes of the short drama that starts tonight......
I also have grown to like historicals - when the first one came on that I saw on WMBC - Dae Jo Young - I was livid as I had really enjoyed the previous 3 weekend dramas - Chill Sisters, Thank You Life (still one or the fave of mine) and Farewell to Tears - but I got into DJY and went on to enjoy Empress ChunChu and this one - I did like Mom's Dead Upset and the 3 Brothers though. The weekend dramas always seemed a bit less formulaic than the weekday ones.

I really appreciate this, Mara! I saw the inconsistencies for the actual amount of episodes as well, I put 5 in the thread though.

This will be the drama after Smile Donghae according to a woman from WMBC that I spoke with today: asianwiki.com/TV_Novel:_Dear_My_SisterUnfortunately I can't get the link to work - you can go to this page asianwiki.com/Asian_Dramasthen scroll down to the bottom and choose KBS under Browse Dramas by Network, then Choose 'T' from the Contents box, then you will see TV Novel: Dear My Sister as the first listing under T.....
