I like the legal stuff. There must be a lot of corruption in KOrea with all of the corrupt politicians, judges, police and corporate heads. They wouldn't have so many dramas that feature corruption if it wasn't true.

I like how the Professor is trying to get back at the crooked people. I don't like her relationship with the young student. When he rescues her after the thief is in her apartment and is kicked, he pulls up his shirt and we can see his bruise. I was hoping for massive internal bleeding. I wished they had cut him out of the story , left off his one sided love for her and just cut the story to 12 episodes. I don't know why the writers have to have a love interest in every dram that we have seen.

Well, I guess the Professor and the student are an item now. She doesn't remember that she defended him back in the day - I guess that's what he was talking about in yesterday's episode - not sure what her big secret is about...

During the winter we saw Melancholia which was about a woman math teacher and the male math prodigy in her class that falls in love with her. She gets exposed and thrown out of the school. That was as "cringet" as this is is

I don't know how much the age difference is between them as he didn't go to law school for several years - it might not be that great.
My main issue is that I haven't the foggiest idea what is going on....the three older men - head of law firm, presidential candidate and Hansu Group CEO are always plotting something or other. And now it seems one or more of them may have been behind having Gong Chan and then the prisoner who supposedly committed suicide in jail accused of murdering Gong Chan's step sister...in order to save their sons???
Also the law school dean who just became a minister - is he a good guy or not??
Anyway, no need to reply to this - it should become clearer hopefully in the last few episodes...

I finished this. I liked the scenes in the court. It was typical that we have to wait to the last part of the last episode for the bad guys to get taken down.

I guess if they were taken down before there would be nothing left....lol....too bad the Chairman died before he could be punished...and what about the three sons...did anything happen to them?? And why was this named 'Why Her'? Never figured that out....
