This one is quite strange and I have no idea what is going on. I thought that HeeSung killed the restaurant owner but it seems he didn't...and who is the person in the hospital bed in the home of his parents....
For a police detective JiWon doesn't seem to have too much going since her husband is quite suspicious. But he is awfully good with his little daughter.

Two very good questions that we will get the answers to eventually. Maybe the one in the bed is the original Hee SUng??? If the original Dad was the serial killer who are these parents--Mom and new husband?

Episode 4---When Detective Cha got cuffed in the tool shed it was with her own cuffs. She had to have the key to the cuffs.

One would think so - it only showed that her cell phone was out of her reach....

I like this one more as time goes by - now it seems as if the new HeeSung did not kill the village leader but took responsibility to save his sister - and also the accomplice mystery. It seems that Detective Cha suspects her husband but does not want to turn him in....
Plus now it looks like the original HeeSung is waking up.
It was cute that the pharmacy grandma seemed to warm up to the grandchild...

The lady detective is going to prove that her husband did not kill anybody and is just a weird guy--they will live happily ever after.

Maybe...sounds good to me - but it seems he was involved with his dad's killings - then again how long can one be prosecuted...18 years or so ago....

Well, we know who the accomplice was - but as said above - statute of limitations...no such thing in Korea? And other than his admission there is no proof that HeeSung/YungSoo committed a crime. In the other drama we recently saw the police wouldn't hold a man who claimed he committed a murder without any evidence....??

Detective Cha betrayed her co-workers when she knew her husband was Hyun Soo and she thought he killed the village chief and now she is protecting the sister who is the real murderer. She is in the same class as the parents who protected their son who they knew was an accomplice to the serial murderer. I hope the 3 of them end up in jail.

I don't exactly agree with you - true, Det. Cha didn't tell the truth about her husband but I think she always thought that he didn't kill the village chief even before it was clear that the actual killer was the sister. Also I am not sure about when the parents knew their son was an accomplice....

She now knows that the sister killed the village head. I thought maybe he had tried to rape her but it was because he got the villagers to torment her brother for being the murder's son. That is no excuse. They could have just moved out of the village. Detective Cha should have arrested her. She is now an accessory after the fact which is a felony. I think the parents must have known especially after the Mom saw her son trying to bury Hyun Soo.

The first bunch that I looked at were old one---Come & Hug Me, Goodbye to Goodbye, Lovely Horribly, & Matrimonial Chaos but they all need Viki Plus Pass. I looked at the newere ones on your list and there are 4 police dramas---Team Bull Dog, Tell Me What YOu Saw, Mouse & Awaken. Any one of those looks good. I also checked out Mr. Queen about a male chef who in transported to Joseon into a woman's body but that is still on the air.

Well, doesn't that s---! They were not needing the Pass Plus when I posted them last December - I admit I don't double check them afterwards unless it is one we are planning to watch next. I guess I should check every couple of months. One would sort of think the older ones would not need a higher level of pass. Also when I posted the more recent list on April 25 I used a dramawiki listing of recent dramas and there were more than 20 I believe that needed the Pass Plus but that sort of makes sense since they are recent. I wonder how Viki decides to upgrade a regular Pass drama to a Plus Pass - maybe I'll email them and see if they answer. Anyway I will look at your suggestions, thanks so much.
