I watched Episode 1, but first by mistake I watched the shorter episode 1 and it was the same - is that how they all are? Yes, it was very cute - I loved the ministers - all the usual suspects...lol....plus I watched it on my PC which allows me to skip the commercials after a couple of seconds as against Roku which makes you suffer through the whole ad....thanks, dodgerman...

The best Drama I've seen recently that I think would appeal to you both is Legend of the Blue Sea. Same writer as Man from the Stars.

Yes, madman999, that is on the list in the first post in this thread - but now it is only available on viki to those with a viki pass which we don't have - four episodes so far for everyone - I am checking it every couple of weeks.... I am definitely looking forward to LMH!

I really like the ones we have seen by the Hong Sisters. WE should add some of the ones we have not seen to our "futures" list. Are there any of the early ones that you saw??? If so, I will watch them alone.

As far as I'm concerned they are part of our futures list, just separated out to show their connection to the writers. We're watching one now and we watched Big recently and I think we both saw You're Beautiful on our own.....I don't think I've seen any of the others - next week I'll re-check their availability and we can pick the next after Couple of Trouble so it will be an on-going Hong sisters marathon.....
Plus I'll add the number of episodes in the future as you made a good point, dodgerman, about watching a longer one daily and shorter Monday - Friday....

Not Korean but I saw the American movie Charade with Cary Grant & Audrey Hepburn on Viki. It was obviously in English but it also had English subtitles. I had seen it a long time ago and remembered who the villain was but little else. Next I am going to see The 39 Steps --it is a WW2 espionage movie set in England and directed by Alfred Hitchcock

Not a future drama but in case you're interested the KBS Youtube site has the 2016 Drama Awards with English subtitles....I watched it a couple of years back with no subtitles - but enjoyed seeing the actors I knew.... www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZuROU06ycoE&t=634s

Watched Beat the Devil-a 1953 Humphrey Bogart movie on Viki. It is in English and also has English subtitles for some reason. I also just finished Moorim School. I thought it would be a typical Kdrama set in a HS but the school was a combination of Hogwarts from Harry potter & the school for kids with weird talents in the X Men. It had the usual love triangle, who is your Daddy & I cant love you because you may be my brother. Pretty good.

btw, DF is now having voting for its annual awards - we saw a lot of the ones mentioned in the various categories but I guess you can take a look to see if something looks interesting for future viewing.

I just finished Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo on Viki. I watched one episode every few days so it has taken me a month to finish it. It was cute--about a girl weightlifter at a Sports University who falls for a boy swimmer. The girl's roommate( an older gymnast trying to make a comebackwas played by the actress who was EunHui in our TV "novella". She must have lost weight to play a gymnast because I dont remember her as being so thin
