I saw most of episode 1. So far, it is a small cast. The boy whose Dad died saving her Mom falls for the blind girl. Her dad is a distant Dr. who cant see her or go home because it reminds him too much of his dead wife. I am sure the cast will be expanded when they do the "I can see now" fast forward. It is funny that one of the first scenes I ever saw in a Kdrama was in Pure At Heart when the country girl (played by the blind girl here) is taught how to ride a bike by the rich guy she falls for. I guess she never really learned how!!

Also saw ep 1 1ast night.....what a small world as usual. The two whose parents died in the same tunnel accident end up as close friends. And they don't realize the connection, at least not yet.
Pure at Heart, lol...a blast from the past. Gukwa....looking forward to the fast forward.....

As soon as the boy got sick and his Mom took his place on the deliveries, I knew she was toast. The most unrealistic thing is that the boy never tries to call his girl to tell her that his Mom is in the hospital. Yeah for the fast foward

At first I thought he was so upset that his mom died and left her eyes that he didn' t want to call her.... but then when he finally listened to the messages he ran right over. Not sure why the dad took his note away.

His Dad took away the note so that they would be separated and then find each other and take 20 episodes

Episode 3---In the last episode the Dr tried to save the boy's Mom with electric shock and CPR but in his flashback, he lets her die to get her eyes. The boy calls the Director " Father"---what is up with that??? XBlindgirl becomes an EMT like his Dad & the boy becomes a DR like her Dad--what great writing!!!

Yes, I think that the doc sort of took the boy under his wing - maybe he paid for his schooling as well....so that's why he called him Father. Also it appeared that he did not know that his daughter was the XBlindgirl.....and she appears to be involved with Kim JiSuk from Likeable or Not....he looks a bit older...lol... And so many other familiar faces in this cast.... asianwiki.com/Kim_Seung-Wook TV Novel Samsaengi asianwiki.com/Lim_Seung-Dae TV Novel My Dear Sister, You Are All Surrounded asianwiki.com/Lee_Seung-Hyeong Suspicious Housekeeper asianwiki.com/Jung_Ae-Ri what isn't she in...lol....

Well, I'm pretty confused - ep 4 - it seems doc dad more or less adopted the boy, haven't learned his name yet.....but at the same time dd knew his relationship with his then blind daughter and didn't want it to continue thus hiding the letter - so how the heck did he think he would keep them apart forever.....does that sound right as far as the plot is going?

That's about it. I think Director Dr. Dad thought boy would stay in USA and not come back to Korea. he felt he owed the boy something--maybe for his Mom's eyes. Did the boy really think that when he returned after 12 years away XBlindgirl would be pining for him??? After 4 ep summary: XBlindgirl--works as EMT and engaged to Dr. who is son of lady Dr who is Dad's friend and partner in hospital "Dylan"--came back to Korea after 12 years and is a Dr. Still in love with XBG Director Dad Dr.--was a drunk over death of Dylan's Mom but straightened himself out and became Dylan's sponsor XBG's childhood girlfriend became a cop and is friendly with a disgraced detective

Yes, exactly, dodgerman - and that disgraced detective is the one who was supposed to investigate the car accident of Dylan's mom. I do definitely remember that she was murdered by someone putting something in her IV.....see I do remember some stuff...lol.

That's right-- I forgot about that. I was still confused about seeing the Dr try to save her with CPR & electric shock but in the next ep, he thinks about it and it shows that he just let her die.

The actor playing the detective, Kwan Hae Hyo, was in one of my favorite dramas - Thank You Life - back on WMBC in 2006 or so and in a few others I have seen here and there.
I think the doc dad did try to save her in reality - if there is such a thing as reality in these dramas - and then believed in the flashback that he let her die.....what do you think, dodgerman?

To quote Vinnie Barbarino from Welcome back Kotter "I'm soooo confused" about that

Ep 6--Now we now that the Dr let the Mom die and was seen by another Dr who is blackmailing him. Once he let her die, he then started to try to bring her back. I'm glad the part where one of the lovers denies their love out of guilt only lasted for one episode. if this had been a "daily" drama, it would have dragged on for weeks. The only 2 things that have to be revealed is for XBlindGirl to learn where her eyes came from and to find out who killed the Mom and why
